On October 23, 2026, the Seventh Circuit Bar Association Foundation will present a day-long program titled “Treaties and the Rule of Law.” The program will address the law and practice of international agreements and their impact on the operation of our government. The presenters have impressive national credentials in this very timely topic.

Admission is free, and attendance can be in person or virtual. The 7th Circuit Bar Association expects that the program will be extremely interesting for attorneys, non-attorneys, and law students. For attorney attendees, seven hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit is being requested from the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
